Elena Kay Mutter (Johnson), age 62 of Harriman, TN passed away peacefully on Friday, September 27, 2024, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in the company of her family. Elena was born December 4, 1961, in Harriman, TN, and was a graduate of Harriman High School and Roane State Community College. Her greatest joy in life was her family.
She is survived by her husband Perry Mutter, daughters Rachel Mutter and Victoria Mutter, brothers Virgil Johnson and Grant Johnson, sister Dawn McCall, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil R. Johnson, Jr. and Mary Kathleen Johnson (Allen), and her sister Cynthia Johnson.
The family will receive friends Friday, October 4, 2024, from 12 pm Noon until 2 pm at Kyker Funeral Home in Harriman, TN, with funeral service to follow.
