Tickets On Sale for ADFAC Murder Mystery Fundraiser in Oak Ridge

Aid to Distressed Families of Appalachian Counties is inviting the community to an evening of mystery, entertainment, and giving back.

Tickets are now on sale for “Terroir: Uncorked,” a murder mystery fundraiser set to take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Oak Ridge.

The interactive production is set in California’s Napa Valley, where a fictional organization hosts a gala that quickly takes a dramatic turn. Audience members will play a key role, gathering clues and working together to solve the mystery as secrets and surprises unfold.

The show features a local cast and is written and directed by Amy Uptgraft, with Elaine Graham serving as emcee.

Organizers encourage guests to dress in theme, with costume ideas ranging from classic detectives and Hollywood elites to garden party attire—or even something inspired by grapes or squirrels.

In addition to the performance, guests will enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, and a silent auction featuring a variety of items, including themed gift baskets and specialty goods. Prizes will also be awarded for best sleuth, best costume, and standout performances.

Tickets are $100 each and are available now through April 20 online, as well as through ADFAC’s website and social media.

Proceeds from the event will support ADFAC’s mission of helping families in need across Anderson County and surrounding areas. The nonprofit assists thousands of individuals each year through programs aimed at meeting critical community needs.
