Charged with 5 counts of Failure to report as a sex offender and 3 counts of solicitation of a person under the age of 18.
As we brought you last week, Linda Flanagan was arrested and charged with attempted murder after she shot several rounds from her .357 Magnum into the car of Kent Booher. Flanagan’s daughter was in the vehicle as well, 27-year-old Sarah Phillips. It was reported that Flanagan didn’t want her daughter with Booher because he was convicted in 2014 of statutory rape of a 14-year-old. Booher was disbarred as an attorney and was to register as a sex offender.
On Friday, Booher was arrested by deputies and charged with 5-counts of failure to register as a sex offender, and 3-counts of solicitation of a person under the age of 18. Booher has since been released from jail.
