Annette Marie Parton, age 67 a resident of the Dutch Valley Community, passed away, Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at Methodist Medical Center.
Mrs. Parton was born March 2, 1953 in Cocoa Beach, Fl. She lived most of her life in the Clinton area. Annette graduated from Clinton Senior High School class of 1971.
Annette retired from Y-12 Federal Credit Union. She enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing watching John Wayne movies, but most of all being with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Eugene H. Giles and Maryann Hensley and by grandparents: Lola Brock Giles and Samuel Giles.
Annette is survived by her husband of 24 years, Gregory M. Parton; by children: Duane Turnbill of Clinton, Amy Marie Wilson and husband, Aaron of Dutch Valley, and Kelly Fisher and husband, Joshua of Oliver Springs; by grandchildren: Nicholas, Jacob, Victoria, Cameron, Mason, Pheibee, JJ, and Haley; by several great-grandchildren; by sisters: Katherine Patterson, Machille Merrick and husband, Marty, and Melissa Williams and husband, Jonathan; by a special friend, Nadine Andrews and by several extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends, Friday, October 23, 2020 between the hours of 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm at Premier Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs. The funeral will follow at 7:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial and graveside services will be held, Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 11:00 am at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
