Vaughty Vernon Lee “Peewee” Hall, born on February 8, 1954, in Oak Ridge, TN, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026, at Tennova Medical Center in Knoxville, TN, at the age of 72. He loved the Lord, was a very thoughtful and caring person to others he met, and he always saw the good in people. His desire was to help those less fortunate than himself. His final act of kindness was shown in his desire to be a donor of life to others.
He cherished his dog, Molly, for many years and you could always find her by his side. Peewee loved to collect items he thought he might use or that others might need later. One of his enjoyments in life was attending church with his mother, Marcella.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Vess and Marcella Hall; brother, Sylvester (Mann) Hall; and sisters, Jackie Burns and Pansy Taylor.
He is survived by Patsy (John D.) Garr of Snellville, GA; Della Renner of Cleveland, TN; Kitty (Marc) Pizzola of Greenville, SC; Vess (Shirley) Hall, Jr. of Oliver Springs, TN; and Joey (Donna) Hall of Petros, TN.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 11:00-12:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 12:00 p.m. with Bro. James Basler officiating. Interment will follow in the Petros Cemetery (COG).
