Troy Lee Jackson Jr, age 55 of Harriman, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 26th, 2026. He was born on December 10th, 1970. Troy was a lover of everyone, and loved by all himself. He never met a stranger and always enjoyed their fellowship. He adored his children and loved each of them, as well as his nieces whom he loved like they were his own.
He was an avid NASCAR fan and huge University of Tennessee Vols fan. He traveled the entire United States for work when he was able and almost got to see all 50 states. Through his work, he found a love for travel and the open road as well as the memories he made along the way. His brother, “Bucky” was his best friend, and together they were thick as thieves and his main partner in crime.
The family wants to extend their thanks to the entire staff at Renaissance Terrace in Harriman for their excellent care and compassion they showed for Troy in his time there.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Troy Lee Jackson Sr & Marsha Armes Jackson; infant son: Joseph Lee Seth Jackson; and his best friend: Scott Scarborough.
He is survived by:

Daughter: Linley Jackson
Grandchildren: Neyland Jackson & Peyton Jackson
Brother: Robert “Bucky” Jackson (Chrissy)
Nieces: Alyssa, Chelsea, and Bethany
and a host of other family and friends.
Family and friends will meet on Tuesday, September 1st, 2026, at 6:00 pm ET at the Liberty Baptist Church in Wartburg, TN, for a celebration of life service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Evans Mortuary to help with service costs. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Troy Lee Jackson Jr.
