Rickey Lee Phillips, age 64, of Rocky Top, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at his residence. Rickey was born February 27, 1962, in Lake City, Tennessee, to the late Mary and Billy Ray Phillips. Rickey was a member of Cumberland Mountain Baptist Church. He loved fishing, camping, cornbread, working on his vehicles, building “chimneys” with Allan the “Chimney Doctor”.
In addition to his parents, Rickey is preceded in death by his wife: Linda Phillips and his sister: Nickey Phillips.

Sisters Mickey and Jimmy Lindsay
Vickie and Eddie Alred
And a host of other family and friends.
He enjoyed spending time with his life long partner Susie, and Emily “Slick”

A Graveside Service will be held following the funeral service at the Mountain View Cemetery in Rocky Top, Tennessee.
