Julia Grace Byrge, age 88, of Devonia, passed away August 29, 2026, at Diversicare in Oak Ridge. She was the daughter of the late Ely and Willie Lively Byrge.
Julie enjoyed spending time with family, crocheting, and crossword puzzles.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers Cordis Byrge, Johnny Byrge, Curis Byrge; sisters Mary Daugherty and infant sister Laura Byrge.
She leaves behind niece Rhonda (Michael) Byrge; nephew Randy Daughtery (Georgia Phillips), Andy Daugherty, Peter Daugherty, Lee (Laura) Daugherty. Also survived by great nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family would like to send a special thanks to Diversicare and Amedysis Hospice for their extended care during this difficult time.
The family will have a graveside service Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Grave Hill Cemetery in Devonia with Bro. Danny Lawson officiating.
