OAK RIDGE, Tenn. (May 1, 2026) – Applications are now open for vendors interested in participating in the 2026 Atomic Fall Fest, set for September 12 in Oak Ridge.
The annual community event will feature live music, food, arts and crafts, and family-friendly activities, drawing large crowds to the city each year.
Organizers are inviting artisan, commercial, and food vendors to apply now through the official website.
Vendor Categories & Details
Artisan Vendors ($100)
Reserved for handmade goods only. Demonstrations are encouraged.
- 12×12 booth space
- Must provide own setup (tent, tables, chairs)
- No electricity available
- Required to stay until 8 p.m.
Commercial Vendors ($100)
For non-handcrafted retail items.
- 12×12 booth space near the Oak Ridge Public Library
- Must provide own equipment
- No electricity available
- Required to stay until 8 p.m.
Food Vendors ($100)
Includes food trucks and beverage vendors.
- Must operate from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Located throughout A.K. Bissell Park
- Must obtain permits and insurance
- Fully self-sufficient (no electricity provided)
Nonprofits & City Booths (FREE)
Available for local nonprofits and city boards.
- 12×12 booth space
- Must remain set up until 8 p.m.
- Must provide own equipment
Deadlines & Fees
- Early Bird (May 1 – June 30): $100
- Late Registration (July 1 – Aug. 1): $125 (space available)
- Food Vendor Selection Notices: By July 31
Officials note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Selected vendors must complete agreements and payment by mid-August.
