TEN MILE, Tenn. — The South Roane County Volunteer Fire Department is inviting the community to come out for a day of cars, crafts, food, and family fun during its upcoming “Cruise-In for a Cause” event on Saturday, June 20.
The fundraiser will take place from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Ten Mile Elementary School, located at 2901 Highway 58 in Ten Mile.
According to organizers, the event will feature a wide variety of activities including a cruise-in for classic cars, hot rods, trucks, motorcycles, muscle cars, and custom rides. A large community yard sale, vendor and craft fair, silent auction, and food vendors will also be part of the event.
Cruise-in registration will be $20 per vehicle. Awards will be presented for “Chief’s Choice” and “5 Station Leaders’ Choice” vehicles.
Event organizers say the fundraiser is designed to support the South Roane County Volunteer Fire Department and help fund emergency response efforts across the community.
Officials are also encouraging local car clubs and vehicle enthusiasts from around the region to participate.
