Wilma Ruth Wright, age 92 of Harriman, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026, at her home.
Wilma retired from Martin Marietta. She attended Grace Baptist Church. Wilma loved and enjoyed sports, especially the Lady Vols. In her younger days, she enjoyed coaching sports. Wilma was a beloved aunt.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, Shirley C. and Nora Childs Wright; siblings, Wyley Wright, Wilene Morgan, Charles Wright, and Bill Wright.
Wilma is survived by her many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A special thank you to the staff of Home Option and Amedisys Hospice for their love and care that they provided to Wilma.
Family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Kyker Funeral Home in Harriman, Tennessee. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Childs Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery in Harriman, Tennessee. Kyker Funeral Home of Harriman is serving the Wright Family.
