HARRIMAN, Tenn. — Firefighters from Harriman and Kingston responded to a late-night structure fire at the Ruby Tuesday restaurant along Highway 27, just north of Interstate 40 in Roane County.
Crews were dispatched around 11:30 p.m. after reports of flames coming from the building. When firefighters arrived, they found heavy smoke billowing from the rear of the restaurant near the kitchen area.
Fire crews were able to bring the blaze under control in approximately 15 minutes.
Officials say roughly one-third of the building sustained fire damage, while the remainder of the restaurant was impacted by smoke.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
