Bobby Lee Lowe, age 63 of Knoxville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. He was born on September 28, 1962, in Oak Ridge, TN, to the late L.C. and Josephine Lowe. He enjoyed and spent most of his time volunteering at the Horse Haven in Seymour, TN. Bobby also enjoyed coaching kid’s baseball and softball. He loved fishing as well.
Along with Bobby’s parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Cruze Lowe; brother, Johny Lowe; and two sisters, Peggy Lowe and Judy Lowe.
He is survived by his brother Howard Lowe and wife Suzie of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Brenda Hammond of Knoxville, TN, Carolyn Phillips and husband Wayde of Knoxville, TN, and Lillian Smith and husband Edward of Florida. Bobby also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Horse Haven of Tennessee, 608 Old Brookhaven Farm Road, Seymour, TN 37865.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
