Rockwood Police Make Multiple Arrests Over the Weekend

Rockwood Police were busy this past weekend with multiple arrests stemming from traffic stops.

On Saturday morning, Officer Cunningham stopped a vehicle at North Chamberlin Avenue and Strang Street after noticing a taillight out. The driver, 42-year-old Glen David Jenkins, was found to have an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear in court for Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License. Jenkins was also charged with having non-compliant vehicle lights. He remains in the Roane County jail with no bond set.

Additionally, 37-year-old Jonah David Robinson was arrested by Rockwood Police and remains in jail on a $20,000 bond. Robinson faces charges of Driving Under the Influence, Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm while in possession of alcoholic beverages.

The Rockwood Police Department has been active in ensuring road safety and addressing violations, leading to these significant arrests.

Together they have three children: Trevor Bogard, Chandler Jones, and Naomi Jones, along with three grandchildren: Carter Bogard, Lucas Hayward, and Adalynn Reece Bogard.
