Rockwood police arrested two individuals early this morning following a traffic stop on South Chamberlin Avenue. Officer Jacob Cunningham observed a vehicle, driven by 39-year-old Lacy Renee Mahan, swerving across the center line just after 1 a.m.
Mahan was charged with Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License and Improper Lane Usage. As of this afternoon, she remains in the Roane County jail with no bond set.
The passenger, identified as 43-year-old Timothy Shane Slaven, was charged with Manufacture, Delivery, Sale, or Possession of Methamphetamine. Slaven also remains in custody with no bond.
Both individuals are currently held as investigations continue.
