Robert Lee Lively, age 78 of Oliver Springs, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 24, 2024.
He was born on Windrock Mountain and worked as a Coal Miner. Bob attended Union Valley Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and most importantly, spending time with his family. In January, he and his wife celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Lively; parents, Pauline and Ramsey Lively; sisters, Ola Halburnt, Darlas Daughtry, and Carol Braden; brother, Rick Lively.
Survivors include his son, Mark Lively, and wife Lisa; daughters, Tabatha Phillips and husband Jamie; Leah Cardwell and husband Wess; brother, Doug Lively; sister, Sandy Burney; grandchildren, Samantha Hall and husband John, Marcus Lively and wife Logan, Elijah White and wife Bailey, Kyler White, James White, Mason Lively, Ethan Cardwell, Aydan Cardwell, Kloi Cardwell, Bradley Phillips, and Dawson Phillips; great-grandchildren, Sophia Hall, Weston Hall, Amelia Hall, Jaxx Lively, Liam Lively, and Scarlett White; special friend, Raney Davis.
A Memorial Service will be at 4 pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Union Valley Baptist Church with Pastor Wayne Morgan and Bro. Randy Lively officiating.
