Mr. Randall James Thomas, age 59, of Rockwood, TN passed away at his home on Friday, August 2, 2024. He was born September 18, 1964, in Crossville, TN to James Thomas and Elizabeth Summerville Thomas. He was a miner at Franklin Limestone Company in Crab Orchard, TN. He was a man of many talents from drawing, to passionately fixing cars, to being able to whittle anything on the spot. He adored every show that he could find and enjoyed to share the plots with his family. Randall loved being outdoors, even as a child, and he would come inside to eat and rest and then it was back to adoring the outdoors for him. He was a devoted husband for 28 years to Rebecca Thomas and a devoted father for 30 years to his daughters. Above all, the greatest accomplishment was his grandchildren and he would spoil them every chance he could. He will be missed dearly by everyone that met and knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents: James Thomas and Elizabeth Summerville; Step step-parents: Buddy Summerville and Stella Thomas; and wife: Rebecca Thomas.
He is survived by:
Daughters: Katilyn (Taylor) Keller of Rockwood, TN
Madilyn (Taylor) Kindred of Westel, TN
Grandchildren: Josiah Keller, Noah Keller, Isaac Keller, Rowen Kindred, and Beckett Kindred.

Joyce Thomas of Texas
Brother: Rick Thomas (Nikki Smith) of Kingston, TN
Devoted Father Figure: Arnold Newcome of Westel, TN
Bonus Grandson: Jake Shipley
Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Cremation arrangements have been made and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Randall James Thomas.
