Kingston Police Arrest Woman at TDOC Office for Alleged Probation Violation

On Monday afternoon, Kingston police arrested a 59-year-old woman at the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) office located at 200 4th Street in Kingston. The woman, identified as Cynthia Fanertry Kusy, was taken into custody for an alleged probation violation.

Kusy faces charges including two counts of failure to register as a sex offender and being a fugitive from justice. She is currently being held at the Roane County Jail with bond set at $525,000.

According to Captain Tony Guy of the Kingston Police Department, officers were dispatched to the TDOC office to carry out the arrest. Further details about the case were not immediately available.
