James Ronald Robbins, age 77 of Lafollette, TN. He was born on January 15, 1947.
Passed peacefully at Methodist Medical Center after a long battle with liver cancer. Born and raised in Coeburn VA, Moved to TN in the 70’s. James loved his family, friends, hunting, and fishing and he never met a stranger. He served in Vietnam and was a decorated veteran and also worked at Y-12 for over 40 years.
Preceded in death by his wife- Linda Robbins, son Byron Robbins, Mother Alice Robbins father Earnest Robbins.
Survived by current wife Autumn Robbins, children – Jamie Robbins-Comer (Robbie Comer) Rosie Robbins, and Riley Robbins.
Brothers – Ernie Robbins (Nancy Robbins), Gary Robbins (Susie Robbins), Larry Robbins (Kathleen Robbins)
Sister – Carol Maples. The family would like to give a special thanks to Teddy Metcalf & Mike Robbins.
Grandchildren – Bethany Robbins (Jared), Isaac Robbins & wife, Jayden Comer.
A host family of great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 25, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Clinton Church of God with funeral service to follow at 7:00 pm.
Interment will be on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 11:00 am at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens, with military honors provided by Campbell County Honor Guard.
