Tammy Sue Young, age 57 went to her final resting place with her Lord and personal Savoir on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Tammy was born on May 31, 1965. She was an amazing, funny, and very compassionate person and loved her family. She especially took pride in being a mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her father George King, stepfather Bill Farmer, her very special uncle Ray Author, and also her grandparents.
She is survived in death by her 3 children Brandon Young, and wife Dessy, of Kingston, son Joseph Young, and wife Heather of Oliver Springs, and daughter Brittany McCarter of Chattanooga, her grandchildren Jacelyn, Lucas, Audrey, Halen, Allen, Gavan, Carter, and Sawyer Young, Jetlin, BayLee, and Braelynn McCarter, also her mother Betty Farmer, brother Bobby King, and special aunt Mary Lou Author.
Tammy was a special person and was loved by everyone who ever knew her. She will be dearly missed.
The family will receive friends Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Armes Chapel Church Cemetery in Wartburg.
