George Woody, age 94 of Kingston, passed away on Wednesday, May 28. The family will receive friends 6:00 -8:00 pm, Friday, at High Ridge Baptist Church with funeral service following with Bro. Taylor Adams, Bro. Keith Bailey and Bro. Grant Carter officiating. Graveside service will be held 10:00 am, Saturday morning at High Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Margaret Evelyn Easter Carter, age 75 of Rockwood, passed away on Monday, May 26. Graveside Services will be on Friday, at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood, at 2:00pm with Rev. Charles Kelley, officiating. Evans Mortuary is serving the Family of Mrs. Margaret Evelyn Easter Carter.

Debra Sue Howerton, age 44, of Kingston, passed away Monday, May 26. The family will receive friends 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Saturday, at Fraker Funeral Home with funeral service following with Rev. Joyce Ann Webber, age 72 of Clinton, passed away May 28. The family will receive friends Saturday, from 11-1 PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will begin at 1 o’clock in the chapel with Rev. Mark McGill officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery in Clinton. Louise Freels Reed 95 resident of South Clinton, passed away Wednesday, May 28. Receiving friends will be Sunday, from 3:30 to 4:30PM with services following. James William “Bill” “Happy” Lane, age 63, of Lake City, passed away Thursday, May 29. Visitation wil be from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Sunday, at the Laurel Branch Baptist Church in Briceville with services to follow at the Church in with Rev. Joey Cagley and Rev. Archie Seiber officiating. Family and Friends will meet at 9:30 AM on Monday, at Hatmaker Funeral Home to go in procession to the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City for a 10:00 AM graveside service.
